Below is a ‘Tear Sheet’ on one of our recently completed rural Mayo houses that’s very close to Passivhaus standard (sorry). Again this is a self-build that can’t be built after March 1st this year; the attention to detail by the self-builder should be congratulated who had no previous construction experience (he did however have a good architect on board, ahem)
